I’ve been a student of Pilates and yoga since 1997, a Stott Pilates instructor since 2000, and a Grounded yoga instructor since 2009. Work with me privately or in pairs to connect to and free your body. We'll work to join your breath and your movement, thoughtfully. I've got an eye for this thing; it's going to feel just right and it's going to be fun.
Feeling good…being able to raise or settle your energy…tuning in…tuning up your hot rod bod—these are not one-size-fits-all activities. I can read the story your body is telling, and give it back to you like a poem or an anthem. I rely on prevailing wisdom, popular science, art, magic, and storytelling to get us somewhere more rooted, freer.
It's going to be hands-on, and I'll give you back to yourself clarified, connected to—and friendly with—yourself: your breath, your body, your feelings, your thoughts, and the code of your heart.
