"I started taking Pilates because I wanted to spend some time
with my mom doing something healthy. BUT I can now wear heels
for an entire day, pound 11 miles on the pavement in NYC, hunch
over my computer for hours on end and my back does not hurt, and
I'm a lot less stressed. Also, my immobile former swimmer shoulders
have started loosening up even though we are constantly doing
things to "strengthen" them. Go figure."
