Starting private lessons was the best decision I have made in a long time. I have a new sense of body awareness, movement, mobility and breath work...plus all the little aches and pains in my back and knees have improved dramatically as I feel my core strength improving. An unexpected benefit, my sessions have helped with my long distance cycling as well. I have found myself engaging my core on tough climbs and daily activity in general.
